More than 2500 hourly production workers will receive an increase in pay. While new pay rates will vary among positions and facilities, the new base pay rate for many of our entry-level production workers will be up to $10 per hour. After one year of employment, every production worker’s earnings will exceed $10 per hour. OK Foods also implemented a pay structure that increases with years of service.
In addition to the raise, OK Foods will continue to provide a competitive benefits package to all employees. “We offer a great health plan. Employees can make selections to best fit their family’s healthcare needs; it’s not one-size-fits-all,” said Terry. “OK Foods also provides access to free health clinics for most of our employees and their families. The quality of care they receive through our health plan is a true value.”
“There has never been a more exciting time to be a part of the OK Foods family,” said Terry. “This pay raise is a testament to the efforts of our incredible employees who work hard every day to provide quality chicken products that nourish the world.”
